Please bear with us as we transition into Electronic Record Keeping and Bar Coding.  This program will provide each of our customers with valuable information of history on each unit - (fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, emergency lighting, eye wash stations, alarm systems, etc,).  This program is designed to track and maintain a service record for your safety equipment we provide the service for.  This information is very valuable to your insurance company and in meeting the safety requirments of local, state, & federal regulations. 

Our equipment is capable of reading the actual bar code on the equipment.  If there is no readable bar code on the equipment, Dubuque Fire Equipment can provide a bar code label so that we are able to maintain the service record.

Our service techs can use this device to track all of the service provided to each individual unit you have and then generate a location and history report for the customers.  It is also valuable in informing us and the customer of what is coming due for special service and can provide you with reports for budgeting purposes.
